miis are broken, ill have to make it grab the hash client side since pythonanywhere doesnt allow external internet access besides github, the reason i have a mii pfp is because i set my hash by myself

Gifs are now uploadable without it turning into a still image
they now animate

ive revamped this vanilla version of closedverse straight from arian's github and added a bunch of stuff, removed sum some stuff and revamped existing features
